From Graz to Innsbruck: AVIAREPS Austria Connects the World of Travel, Fine Dining and Artificial Intelligence at This Year's Around the World Roadshow
AVIAREPS Austria once again hosted its popular Around the World Roadshow in early May. This time, together with 13 partners, the event made stops in the state capitals of Graz, Linz, Salzburg and Innsbruck. Once again, the informal motto was: Come together – Get informed – and enjoy at the same time!
Attractive venues with wonderful ambience provided the perfect setting and set the tone from the very beginning. The prospects were equally promising: from garden oases and magnificent buildings to panoramic views of the Danube, everything was on offer – creating a fitting connection to the fascinating insights and perspectives shared by the partners present at the events. Culinary excellence was also very much on the agenda, with top-quality gourmet menus throughout. For the first time at an AVIAREPS event, Artificial Intelligence was used as a creative design element. Custom-made song and video sequences tailored specifically to each partner provided entertainment, surprise and a relaxed atmosphere between presentations – impressively demonstrating how technology and a passion for travel can go hand in hand.
"The Around the World Roadshow is, for us, far more than an informational event – it is a celebration of the joy of travel. The fact that we used Artificial Intelligence as a creative element for the first time this year and generated such enthusiasm shows that innovation and personal connection are not mutually exclusive – they reinforce each other," says Dragica Gacic, Managing Director of AVIAREPS Austria.
The diverse partner landscape reflected the full breadth of the travel world: there was news and trends from airlines such as Condor and Royal Jordanian, as well as from GTA-Touristik, SETT and Bancal Hotel & Spa from La Gomera. Many exciting destinations – Malaysia, Cyprus, Japan, Monaco, Orlando and Las Vegas – also offered insight into their future strategies and programmes. Cruise providers Costa and Emerald Cruises were also on board, presenting their latest routes and programme details.
In addition to informative presentations and a genuine networking atmosphere, the ever-popular prize draws were not to be missed: vouchers, flights and attractive goodie bags found their way into the hands of lucky winners, adding extra highlights to each evening.
Save the date this autumn: The next Roadshow stop with fresh updates will take place on 1 October in Vienna. And the 2027 Roadshow, which will once again travel around the world – and into the Austrian regions – in spring, is already something to look forward to.
